Helping one operator run an entire commerce operation.

Bong Lab is the operating brand of Difla (디플라), a registered online retail business in the Republic of Korea. We build internal AI tools for e-commerce work. They run inside a sign-in-only internal app and are not offered as a public service.

At a glance

90-day pilot plan (planned, not yet started)

Goal: help a small operating team prepare consistent product content with less repeated manual work. These are pilot targets, not results. Pilot products are not sales, orders or customers.

Days 1–30 — target 10 products: trial the tools and record a manual preparation-time baseline.
Days 31–60 — target 30 products in total, using the detail-page and listing-image tools with operator review.
Days 61–90 — target 50 products in total and 30% less median preparation time than the manual baseline, for comparable work.

What we have built

Detail-page studio (in internal use, since Jul 2026): turns a product name and real product photos into a marketplace detail page in five steps. Its strategy step supports Claude through Claude Code (the code default).
Listing image quick tool (available in the internal app, since Jul 2026): redesigns the image set of a Naver Smart Store listing slot by slot.
Marketplace metrics dashboard (Feb 2026, archived Aug 2026): read marketplace sales, advertising and inventory exports into one SKU-level view.

How we use Claude

In the product: the detail-page studio's strategy step is implemented to run Claude through Claude Code; this is the code default. Image generation and visual checks use other models.
In development: Claude Code is one of the tools used to write the platform; 849 of 1,350 repository commits list Claude as co-author.
